Software Engineer & Founder
Hey, I’m George Salib.
Backend-focused software engineer and founder building real systems used by real people. I specialize in scalable backend architecture, automation, and turning complex operational problems into reliable software.
Tech I work with
Building products that actually ship
I build backend heavy systems that solve real operational problems - from high-volume registration platforms to internal tools that replace manual workflows. My focus is on logic, scale, and reliability rather than surface-level features. I work best by stepping back, understanding the full system, and designing solutions that can survive real usage. My current goal is to grow as a software engineer while laying the foundation for scalable, product-driven companies in AI and business automation.
What I like building
- • Systems with dashboards, analytics, and real constraints.
- • Internal tools that make teams faster and calmer.
- • Products where UX actually matters, not just “it works”.
Where I add value
I'm comfortable owning the whole stack: shaping the idea, breaking it into deliverables, and actually shipping the code (frontend, backend, DB, infra) instead of leaving things half done.
