75Days
A self-hosted app for doing 75 Hard (or 75 Soft) with your friends.
What it is
A phone app you install from the browser. Each day you tick off your workouts, water, reading, diet and progress photo, and your friends see it in a shared feed. Type what you ate and an AI estimates the calories.
Why I built it
My friends and I wanted to do 75 Hard together and keep each other honest. The existing apps were solo, paid or ad-filled, so I built our own and hosted it myself.
How it works
Hard and Soft modes, a 3-day grace window to backfill missed items, and the challenge fails automatically if you miss more than that.
A stopwatch credits the workout automatically once it hits the target time.
Weight can be private, shared as gain/loss only, or shared in full. Private photos are served only behind login.
Quick text entry is sent to OpenRouter free models to estimate calories. The daily target comes from BMR (Mifflin–St Jeor) minus 500.
Web Push tells friends when someone fails, finishes or comments. No app store needed.
