NFC business cards that open your own page on any phone.
What it is
KonnectTaps is a startup I co-founded. Each card has an NFC chip; tap it on a phone and the owner's page opens in the browser with their contact, links and socials. Owners edit their page, choose colours, and see analytics on who viewed it.
Why I built it
Paper business cards get thrown away and nobody types in a URL. We wanted sharing your details to take one tap, and to keep working after the card is in someone's pocket.
How it works
I designed the data model, APIs and authentication so pages, links and visits stay consistent as users edit them.
Stripe subscriptions unlock premium features, with webhooks keeping each account's access in sync with what they paid for.
Every tap and visit is recorded so owners can see how their card is being used.
